No. MK Design is a 100% online studio. All design work is done remotely based on measurements and requirements you submit through our website.
Interior design is billed at $35 per m² of the space. Architectural design is at $30 per m². The calculator on each service page gives you an instant estimate.
50% advance payment is required when the project is confirmed. The remaining 50% is due after final renders are approved and before file delivery.
Unlimited revisions on the 2D layout stage until you are completely satisfied. The 3D stage begins only after the 2D is 100% approved.
High-resolution renders are delivered as JPG/PNG files. Floor plans are provided in PDF and DWG (AutoCAD) formats upon request.
